2. Adequate supply of refrigerant. When the engine is in a cold state, the coolant level should be between the high and low marks of the expansion tank. If the liquid level is lower than the low mark of the expansion tank, it should be added in a timely manner.
3. Keep the interior and exterior of the cooling system clean. If soil or oil stains are found on the outside of the radiator during use, the unit should be cleaned or maintained in a timely manner.
4. Prohibit module loading. If the load of Yuchai generator set is large, it is easy to cause rapid aging of internal structural components beyond their bearing capacity range, resulting in thermal expansion of the components.
5. Proper use of enclosed refrigeration systems. The refrigeration system of Yuchai generator set should adopt excellent anti rust treatment, anti burning, anti cold, anti scaling coolant, and ensure sealed application to achieve good refrigeration effect.
6. Pay attention to the moderate tension of the fan tape. If the fan tape is too loose, it will cause the water pump speed to be too low, affecting the circulation of coolant and accelerating the wear of the tape; If the tape is too tight, it will also cause wear on the water pump bearings.
