In the cylinder of a diesel engine, clean air filtered by an air filter is fully mixed with high-pressure atomized diesel injected from the fuel injector. Under the upward pressure of the piston, the volume shrinks and the temperature rapidly rises, reaching the ignition point of diesel. Diesel is ignited, and the mixed gas burns violently, rapidly expanding in volume and pushing the piston downwards, which is called 'work'. Each cylinder works in a certain order, and the thrust acting on the piston is converted into a force that drives the crankshaft to rotate through the connecting rod, thereby driving the crankshaft to rotate.

By installing the brushless synchronous AC generator coaxially with the crankshaft of the diesel engine, the rotation of the diesel engine can be used to drive the rotor of the generator. Using the principle of 'electromagnetic induction', the generator will output induced electromotive force, which can generate current through a closed load circuit.
